July 2026- New: Artwork mode ("Source is artwork") — starting from a collage, painting, or fiber piece instead of a photo? A two-step generation keeps the original's surface from fighting the wool texture.
- Smarter colour palettes: small bright areas (like yellow leaves against a big tan subject) now keep their true colour instead of drifting muddy.
- Colour sliders now re-apply live to your latest generation — no new API call, no waiting.

June 2026- Photo → hooked-rug preview via Google's Gemini image models.
- Yarn loops or traditional cloth strips (1/8", 1/4", 3/8" cuts), adjustable loop size, relief, and background calm.
- Limited wool palette (4–40 colours) with live colour punch, plus remove-background and backing colour options.
